Logan Gillis
Director of Player Development & 14U Head Coach
Logan Gillis is the founder of the Next Level Shamrocks and Head of Player Development for the entire organization. He will also serve as the Head Coach of the 14U Shamrocks for the 2021 Season.
Logan Gillis has been coaching in the New England area for the last 8 years. He has worked with players of all ages and abilities, including major league draft picks, college players, and Gatorade Players of the Year. Most recently, Logan was an Assistant Coach at Emerson College, wherein his first season the team tied a program record for conference wins and broke several program records including:
- Most hits in a single season
- Most runs in a single season
- Highest team batting average in program history
- Most doubles as a team in a single season
- Most triples as a team in a single season
- Most home runs as a team in a single season
- Most stolen bases in a single season
Logan’s ability to connect with athletes, paired with his in-depth knowledge of the game has helped produce some of the top-performing players in the area.

Andy Laflamme
Assistant Coach 14U
Andy graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelors Degree in Sports Management and a Masters Degree in Business Management. He has worked alongside Program Director Logan Gillis for the past five years helping with lessons, clinics, and practices. He was the the Assistant Coach of the Shamrocks 13U team during the 2020 season. Andy has also coached at Merrimack High School, as well as Manchester PONY League prior to coaching in the Shamrocks Organization.
Being a young, experienced coach makes it easy for Andy to relate and communicate with youth baseball players.
